We are looking for a Personal Assistant for part-time engagement to support our leadership in a flexible, remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys a variety of daily tasks, and can manage schedules, communications, and operational support independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings, including reminders and follow-ups
Conduct research and gather information on various topics as needed
Act as the point of contact for internal team members, clients, and venture funds
Handle bookings, travel arrangements, and any logistical needs
Communicate and clarify important information between teams and stakeholders
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow
Provide administrative support in handling documentation and correspondence
Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the leadership team
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling tools, and project management software
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle diverse tasks
Experience in dealing with various stakeholders such as clients, team members, and external partners
Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
