Project Manager (mobile games)

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the game development industry.
- Familiarity with game development processes, pipelines, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to project changes.
- Experience working with project documentation and reports (Google Docs, etc.).
- Proficiency in organizing and managing tasks in JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- English - Upper Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have:
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player expectations.
What the role is about:
- Manage the full-cycle game development, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee and coordinate all team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and priorities.
- Create and maintain project timelines and roadmaps to keep development on track and prevent delays.
- Proactively identify risks, provide mitigation strategies, and manage process dependencies.
- Provide project reports and overall progress updates in line with project changes.
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and that all stakeholders are informed about progress.
- Optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering clear updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
