We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Financial Manager to ensure smooth, precise handling of company finances. This is a hands-on role for a professional who can combine strategic financial planning with meticulous operational control.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management of a business structure or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of creating, managing, and controlling cash flow, P&L, and budgeting.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot and address discrepancies.
• High level of responsibility and integrity.
• Strong planning, organizational, and control skills.
• Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of the outsourcing game industry.
  

What the role is about:

• Create, manage, and control P&L statements and budgets.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports for leadership with actionable insights.
• Implement and oversee financial controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Plan budgets and forecasts, aligning with business goals.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to processes.
