We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a team working on an educational game for children. The role starts as part-time (80 hours/month for 3 months), with a strong possibility to transition to full-time if there’s mutual interest and opportunity.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the game development industry.
- Familiarity with game development processes, pipelines, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to project changes.
- Experience working with project documentation and reports (Google Docs, etc.).
- Proficiency in organizing and managing tasks in JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- English - Upper Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have:
- Passion for gaming and understanding of player expectations.
- Interest in educational games and children’s content.

- Manage a well-structured, clearly scoped project for an educational game.
- Oversee and coordinate the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and priorities.
- Maintain timelines and ensure smooth, timely delivery of all milestones.
- Proactively identify risks, provide mitigation strategies, and manage process dependencies.
- Identify risks, mitigate potential issues, and manage dependencies.
- Keep documentation updated and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering clear updates and solutions.
- Optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency.
