We are looking for a Unity Lead to join a cross-platform poker game project with real-time multiplayer.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Unity Developer

• 2+ completed projects in a lead or senior role

• Released mobile projects in the portfolio

• Strong soft skills and excellent communication

• Strong management skills (task planning, delegation, delivery control)

• Solid estimation and planning skills

• Deep knowledge of C#

• In-depth knowledge of Unity and best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, structured scene hierarchy)

• Experience with memory and space optimization

• Strong understanding of game architecture and architectural patterns

• Experience with DI (Dependency Injection)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Russian language proficiency (written & spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with unit testing

What the role is about:

• Project estimation and sprint planning

• Managing and coordinating the development team

• Architecture design and implementation

• Feature development and delivery

• Ensuring technical quality and adherence to best practices
