We are looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Manager with a strong background in iGaming and slot games - a senior, hands-on technical and processes leader who can scale delivery across complex gambling and mobile projects.

This role is responsible for building, standardizing, and scaling delivery and technical processes across all production directions, including:

• Gambling / iGaming projects (slots, crash, instant-win)

• Mobile Gaming

• Playables & Playable Ads

• Web / Instant Games
  

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience (Unity or similar)

• 3+ years in iGaming (mandatory) - strong expertise in slots and crash games

• 2+ years in leadership roles (Tech Lead / Team Lead / similar)

• Deep understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, RNG, and game math

• Experience working with multiple teams or projects simultaneously

• Strong ownership and decision-making mindset

• Solid communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with live iGaming products

• Background in performance optimization and scalable architectures

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in gambling
  

What the role is about:

• Lead the technical direction of iGaming projects (slots, crash, instant games)

• Oversee up to 4 parallel projects via Tech Leads

• Ensure consistency in architecture, performance, and development standards

• Act as the key technical decision-maker for gambling products

• Support and mentor Tech Leads, helping them scale delivery

• Identify risks and ensure stable, predictable production
