We’re growing our commercial team and looking for a Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in the mobile game development ecosystem and an existing network in the industry. This role is a good fit for a specialist who understands how outsourcing works, knows the mobile games market, and is comfortable owning deals from first contact to closing.
What we’re looking for:
2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within mobile game development or game outsourcing.
Practical understanding of the mobile games market (key genres, production pipelines, and development challenges).
Existing network or established connections within the mobile game industry.
Experience working with international clients.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, communication, negotiation, and closing.
Confident spoken and written English.
Self-organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal production teams.
What the role is about:
Handle inbound and outbound business development opportunities from first contact to deal closure.
Work with your existing network and company lead sources to generate new opportunities.
Communicate with potential clients to understand project needs and expectations.
Collaborate with production, presales, and management teams to prepare proposals.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline to meet agreed business targets.
Represent iLogos on calls and meetings with clients, including decision-makers.
Build long-term relationships with mobile game studios and publishers.
