We are looking for a proactive Financial Manager to own and continuously improve our financial management processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution, taking responsibility for budgeting, reporting, financial control, and providing management with timely, accurate insights to support business growth.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing a company's finance function, including budgeting, financial planning, controlling, and reporting.
Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting financial performance to the management board.
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment.
What the role is about:
Own the company's budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
Prepare, manage, and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board.
Monitor key financial metrics, with a particular focus on working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity.
Proactively identify financial risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze sales performance, cost structure, and business profitability to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial reporting.
Work closely with leadership to support business planning and financial decision-making.
Continuously improve financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.
