We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to take responsibility for the day-to-day recruitment function and drive hiring across a variety of game development and iGaming roles.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys closing challenging positions, managing multiple hiring processes, and bringing structure and momentum to a fast-moving recruitment environment. Alongside full-cycle recruitment, you will take the lead in organizing recruitment priorities, workload, and day-to-day activities across the function.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with a high level of autonomy, changing priorities, and taking action without waiting for detailed instructions.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Proven recruitment experience within the iGaming/game development industry.
Strong experience closing challenging and niche technical, creative, and business roles.
Good understanding of the game development industry and its key roles and specializations.
Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build effective search strategies for roles with limited candidate pools.
Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from intake and sourcing to offer and closing.
Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
High level of ownership and initiative - able to identify priorities, spot issues, and move things forward without waiting for detailed instructions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay effective when priorities change quickly.
Experience with ATS, recruitment reporting, and day-to-day recruitment operations.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Based in Europe or experienced in working closely with Eastern European teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Experience in iGaming/game development outsourcing.
Experience recruiting across multiple international markets.
What the role is about:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across game development, iGaming, and other business areas.
Personally lead and close complex, niche, and high-priority vacancies.
Partner with Hiring Managers to clarify requirements, align on candidate profiles, and keep hiring processes moving.
Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely feedback and decision-making throughout the hiring process.
Provide relevant market insights and recruitment data to support hiring decisions and search strategy.
Take the lead in organizing recruitment priorities, workload, and day-to-day activities across the team.
Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, including vacancy management, ATS administration, reporting, and process coordination.
Monitor the overall recruitment pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address operational issues.
